This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands‑on, detailed work to secure a temp-to-perm role with sociable weekday hours, with a permanent position available after 12 weeks. Furthermore, the role offers genuine long‑term stability within a supportive production environment.

• Assemble kits and component parts accurately in line with production specifications and work instructions.
• Assemble and prepare gaskets to a consistently high standard of quality.
• Carry out fine, dextrous assembly tasks that require precision and a steady hand.
• Inspect completed assemblies for defects, ensuring all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Work efficiently in order to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the wider production team to maintain a smooth, organised workflow.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures, keeping the work area clean, safe, and tidy.

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly work is highly desirable.
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to handle small parts and components with care.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and product quality.
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently.
• Comfortable working as part of a team as well as independently.
• Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
