We are currently interested to hear from Nurses in Colchester looking for permanent work within nursing homes offering elderly and/or dementia care, as we are expecting upcoming roles in the area!

• Registered Adult Nurse - RGN or Mental Health Nurse RMN
• Competitive salaries

• Nursing care to the elderly

• You must be a qualified nurse - RGN or RMN - and have a valid NMC PIN
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for elderly and dementia care
• Dedication to providing the highest levels of care
• Previous experience within a similar setting
• Minimum 1 year's nursing experience

• Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care
• Organising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered
• May assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff
• Liaising with other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use)
• Providing the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times
