Lifeguard – Sodexo | Corporal Budd VC Gymnasium, Berechurch Road, Colchester, CO2 9RQ

• 27 hours per week
• Sat & Sun 08:30 till 16:00, Tue & Thu 16:45 till 21:00 and Wednesday 16:45 till 21:15
• £12.47 per hour

• Be the go-to person for pool users, offering assistance and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the pool, gym, and changing areas.
• Monitor and replenish stock and consumables as needed.
• Champion health and safety practices—if you spot a potential hazard, report it to keep everyone safe.

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
• Strong knowledge of pool cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and pride in maintaining a clean, safe space.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt when needed.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
