Programme Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused Programme Coordinator to support our portfolio of internationally recognised supplement certification programmes. As part of LGC ASSURE, you will join the Programme Management team responsible for ensuring sites and products meet rigorous certification standards across sample testing, compliance tracking, manufacturer onboarding and member support.

• Check and process documentation to support product and site certification.
• Liaise with manufacturers and LGC teams globally to monitor compliance activities.
• Manage blind sampling schedules and testing submissions.
• Maintain accurate traceability in Salesforce and shared systems.
• Assist with post‑certification surveillance and non‑compliance resolution.
• Support site audits and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates must live within commutable distance of Fordham (CB7) for training and onsite meetings when required.

• A degree in sport science, nutrition, biology, food science or a related discipline (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

• Experience in quality assurance, certification or compliance environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Awareness of the sports supplement industry or anti‑doping initiatives.

• This is a full‑time, permanent role.
• You must be able to attend our Fordham (CB7) site daily for the first 2‑3 weeks of training. After this, you will switch to hybrid working, attending onsite meetings when required.
