Job Overview

MSX is looking for a Warranty Audit Consultant for the UK market. The role involves in-depth reviews of dealer warranty operations, focusing on repair capabilities and potential audit risk, and providing structured warranty audits across the UK dealer network covering correct claim submission, warranty procedures and policies.

Applicants must be willing to travel across the UK and work nights away.

Responsibilities
  • Work within a team covering the UK.
  • Analyze dealer historical warranty cost performance.
  • Conduct on‑site dealer warranty audits.
  • Manually review pre‑selected paid claims and associated dealer documentation to validate that correct administrative procedures have been followed and claims are appropriate.
  • Advise dealers on warranty processes and compliance with manufacturer warranty.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inaccurate claims and areas.
  • Present close meeting reports while still on site.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years’ experience in warranty with in‑depth knowledge of the motor industry.
  • Alternatively, strong aftersales and warranty process knowledge with three years of technical/workshop experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of policy and procedure as well as workshop processes.
  • Knowledge of both cars is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Ability to liaise with all levels within the dealer network.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage own workload.

Additional Information

Full‑time, 40 hours Monday‑Friday with some flexibility and availability for overtime. Travel in the UK essential with time away from home.
