Quality & Safety Trainer with Fire Safety Experience

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer
, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, and Evacuation training
.

Other quality & safety training such as BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution will also be delivered as required for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Children Services.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel to our Essex, Kent and Prison (Chelmsford & Norwich) hubs to deliver training. Full‑time and part‑time applications are considered.

• Support the internal quality assurance of all clinical and quality & safety learning interventions, ensuring work is in line with the TLE Quality Assurance process.
• Support the maintenance of the clinical and quality & safety training course catalogue, ensuring all course information is up to date at all times.
• Deliver fire safety, warden, evacuation and other required training to staff across multiple sites.
• Assist in the development and update of training materials and resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to incorporate best practices into training programmes.
