The post holder will support delivery of the Quality Improvement and Clinical Outcomes Strategy and engage with the wider continuous improvement agenda across the Trust.
You will work with teams to drive QI projects, deliver specialist QI training, and embed improvement methodologies across ESNEFT, contributing to safer, higher‑quality patient care.
