Lettings Consultants

We have exciting opportunities for a Lettings Consultant to join our award-winning team.

• Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent and landlords.
• Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio.
• Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.
• Conducting periodic inspections of our rental properties to ensure they are being well maintained by the tenants in occupation.

• Some previous industry experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all those applying must be confident and professional and used to dealing effectively with customers by telephone and face-to-face.
• Enthusiastic and competitive.
• Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.
• IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly.
• Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential.

Basic salary is circa £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
, depending on relevant experience. Own car is essential.

Full Time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays with a day off during the week. Our branch openings hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday, and 9.00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays.
