Senior Negotiator/ Lister / Assistant Manager, Colchester, C01 A fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Senior Negotiator/ lister / Assistant Manager has just come available with a vibrant, longstanding and established Estate Agency based Colchester, C01. As a Senior Negotiator/ Lister / Assistant Manager it is vital you are comfortable and have an understanding of Brand Awareness, Marketing and Business Generation and good knowledge of the local area would also be an advantage.

• Supporting with leading a busy team
• Support with management of the branches Sales and Lettings operations
• Coordinating and Carrying out sales and lettings valuations
• Generating new instructions
• Negotiating and taking offers
• Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
• Effectively marketing properties to attract potential buyers
• Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
• Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers and other relevant parties
• Providing Landlords and Vendors with regular marketing feedback
• Registering applicants
• Negotiating sales and lettings offers
• Handling sales progression
• Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process
• Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

• 3 Years or more experience within in the property market
• Ideally have operated in the Colchester market so has both experience and a client base
• Must be confident and articulate
• Used to working at the upper end of the market
• Influential and motivational
• Creative and consultative
• Real drive and ambition
• Stable career path
• Must be driven and new business focused
• Clean licence

Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm with a day off in the week

Salary range will be between £22,000pa to £28,000pa basic

• 5% selling commission
• 2.5% generating valuation commission
• £100 lettings commission
• £100 lettings self gen commission
• Mortgage £40 per completion
• Legals £60 per legal
• £5 for named 5 star review
