About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results driven Estate Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced property environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be responsible for generating new business, winning instructions, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating new property listings through prospecting and networking

• Conducting property valuations and winning instructions

• Marketing properties effectively across online platforms and social media

• Arranging and conducting property viewings

• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers

• Managing the sales process from offer agreed through to completion

• Maintaining regular communication with clients and solicitors

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Keeping accurate records on CRM systems

Requirements

• Previous experience in estate agency or property sales preferred

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Confident and professional manner

• Target driven and self motivated

• Excellent organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
