An exciting opportunity has arisen for an R&D Graduate. This entry level role focuses on managing crop pests and investigating the interaction between insects and plant diseases. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of entomology, plant pathology, and plant biology, contributing to sustainable pest and disease management strategies that enhance crop productivity and environmental stewardship. This full-time, permanent position offers hands‑on involvement in developing natural alternatives to chemical pesticides in agriculture.

Experience with laboratory equipment and field collection techniques, strong data analysis and statistical skills, and knowledge of crop pest identification and plant disease basics are required. The role requires the ability to work independently in both laboratory and outdoor environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, and the candidate will be part of a team that manages key R&D projects, supports innovation in biological formulations, and works closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products from trial to commercial scale.
