To succeed, you should bring a strong background in bioanalysis, with hands‑on experience leading ligand‑binding assay development, validation, and application for PK, biomarker, and immunogenicity studies. You’ll need a degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, chemistry, or biological sciences, coupled with proven expertise within a GxP‑regulated CRO environment. Expertise in global regulatory guidance and industry best practices for immunoassay validation is essential.
