Sales Consultant – The Body Shop

• Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times
• Demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of The Body Shop while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies
• Engage with customers to learn their needs and recommend products that meet their preferences and lifestyle
• Provide expert advice on product usage, origins and benefits, and share the range to match customers’ preferences and lifestyles
• Maintain a welcoming environment and contribute to an outstanding customer experience
• Participate in store events and community initiatives as directed by the team

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
• Open availability for evening, weekend and holiday shifts
• Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
