• Keep the shop floor tidy and replenished, ensuring store standards are met
• Support the management team by working toward individual and team sales targets
• Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programmes, highlight benefits, and encourage participation to enhance the customer experience
• Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
• Be a role model for the brand and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded, reflecting the brand)
• Regularly participate in training activities to become a confident brand ambassador
