We are building a new concession store at Fenwick in Colchester and seek an exceptional Concession Leader to establish and inspire a brand-new team from the outset.

As a Concession Leader, you will lead your store and your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You should be passionate about people, committed to learning and developing yourself and others, and eager to contribute to our "Back to the Mulberry Spirit" strategy.

• You will develop the best team: Create a high performing team where diversity is celebrated and every individual feels valued, respected, and included. Champion equity, empathy, and understanding in all interactions.
• You will foster collaboration: Encourage dynamic discussions and invite ideas and different perspectives to drive creativity and teamwork.
• You will cultivate feedback culture: Promote honest feedback, recognition, coaching, and constructive challenge.
• You will remain customer focused: Nurture a welcoming and engaging environment for customers and the team, delivering an engaging and memorable customer experience in-store.
• You will be culturally connected: Understand how Mulberry fits into life and art to excite customers, and develop and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools.
• You will be commercially driven: Demonstrate a commitment to driving the business, build a network to support goals, and accelerate store growth.
• You will use market awareness: Apply analysis to maximise trading opportunities and lead operational excellence with respect for people, product, and the environment.
• You will care about people and the planet: Embody Mulberry values, support an inclusive culture, and contribute to environmentally and socially responsible practices as part of a B Corp certified business.
• We will need you to be: Inspiring, Engaging, Agile, Perceptive, an experienced Leader (preferably within luxury fashion but not essential), and in love with fashion.
