Overview

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service across various areas of the store, ensuring customer needs are met and that tasks are completed efficiently. The role involves flexible duties that may include stocking shelves, serving at the till, managing stock levels, and assisting with deliveries. A proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to going the extra mile are essential.

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal, and advise the Manager of any discrepancies.
• Check quality and shelf life of items and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Maintain politeness when dealing with delivery staff and respond appropriately to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to the appropriate person.
• Work to designated pick rates and support timely fulfillment of orders.
• Be punctual, well-presented and reliable in daily duties.
