Store Assistant

8 hours per week

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

• Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
• Hands‑on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
• Prepare orders, keep the store clean, unpack stock, handle deliveries.
• Provide outstanding service and offer a great customer experience.
• Ask the right questions to help customers find everything they need.
• Be proactive: sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, sign customers up.
