Boots Colchester is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team on the shop floor, coaching colleagues and delivering great care to customers and patients. You’ll balance people, performance and operations, ensure compliant pharmacy services, and shape the store experience day to day.
You’ll work with the Store Manager, guide scheduling and development, and take ownership of store standards, stock availability and loss prevention to drive commercial success.
