We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to lead our Tissot concession at Myer Bourke Street Melbourne.

Reporting to the Melbourne Multi-Site Manager, based at Tissot Collins Street, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of the concession, leading the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the Tissot brand is represented to the highest standard.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example
• Drive sales targets, budgets and KPIs
• Lead, coach and motivate the team
• Set clear customer service and selling standards
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve complaints
• Deliver a high standard across every stage of the selling cycle
• Conduct regular product, sales and operational training
• Maintain Tissot product and visual merchandising standards
• Oversee daily concession operations and cash handling
• Manage stock, inventory and stocktake processes
• Communicate key matters to the Melbourne Multi-Site Manager
• Complete reporting, administration and compliance requirements

• Retail management or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Computer literacy, including Word and Excel
• Understanding of basic retail financials
• Experience in inventory and stock management

• Experience in watches, jewellery, fashion, luxury or premium retail
• A passion for Swiss watchmaking, craftsmanship and design
• Strong product knowledge and a focus on customer experience
• The ability to create a high-performing team environment
