What You'll Be Doing
Lead, coach and develop a passionate retail team.
Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong customer loyalty.
Recruit, onboard and develop talented team members.
Manage stock, rotas, payroll and operational processes.
Analyse performance and identify opportunities to maximise results.
Ensure the store consistently reflects the brand's exciting, trend-led identity.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a commercially focused Store Manager who can combine strong leadership with a genuine passion for beauty and customer experience.

You'll ideally have:
Proven experience managing a high-performing retail store or similar environment.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
A commercial mindset with a track record of delivering against targets.
Energy, enthusiasm and a natural ability to inspire others.
A genuine interest in beauty, trends and the wider retail landscape.
The flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment.

Previous beauty, cosmetics, fashion or premium retail experience would be highly advantageous.
