Senior Sales Negotiator​/Valuer

Due to continued growth, our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency known for its focus on customer service – is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their close-knit team in Colchester.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll work collaboratively with a supportive team and have the chance to attend market appraisals, helping to drive success for both clients and the business.

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer will be offered:

• Circa £25,000 basic (depending on experience)

As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, your duties will be:

• Negotiating offers
• Booking in valuations (Opportunity to conduct Valuations when needed)
• Booking and attending viewings when needed
• Calling out new properties
• Registering buyers and sellers
• General admin

To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer role, you must have:

• A strong proven track record as a Sales Negotiator
• In-depth knowledge of the Colchester market
• Excellent negotiation skills
• A highly driven and motivated approach
• Ability to generate new leads and drive business growth
• Professional appearance and a confident, approachable manner
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A team player
• A full UK driving licence
