We're looking for a buzzy, confident sales person who genuinely enjoys being on the phone. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for someone who loves chasing opportunities, handling objections, and turning quotes into confirmed orders.

You'll be joining a growing manufacturing business where energy, resilience, and commercial instinct are valued just as much as experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you'll spend most of your day on the phone speaking to customers, following up quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals.

This role is ideal if you:

What You'll Be Doing

Making 60-80 outbound and inbound calls per day
Proactively chasing quotations and converting them into orders
Confidently negotiating price, terms, and delivery
Handling objections and influencing customer decisions
Updating CRM and pricing systems accurately and in real time
Reviewing and amending quotes using in-house pricing tools
Building strong relationships with repeat customers and decision-makers
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Feeding back customer insights to help improve processes and service

Consistently hitting and exceeding sales conversion targets

Strong customer relationships and repeat business
Accurate, up-to-date system records

Who We're Looking For

You'll Be:

Comfortable speaking to customers all day, every day

Commercially minded and solution-focused
Happy working in a fast-paced, high-activity environment

Ideal Background (not essential):

Phone-based sales, telesales, internal sales, or account management
Selling to technical clients
Negotiating both small orders and higher-value deals
Strong IT skills (MS Office; internal systems training provided)
Full UK driving licence required

£28,000-£30,000 salary
