We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will handle customer enquiries, process orders, and support the wider sales team. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop a career in sales, gain experience, and grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
• Process customer orders accurately
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Support the sales team with account management and follow-ups
• Resolve customer queries and order issues
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or other systems

Skills and Experience Required

• Motivated and professional with a sales-focused mindset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Confident on the phone and via email
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM systems is a bonus but not essential
