Internal Sales Co-ordinator

Are you aconfidentcommunicator with a passion for customer service and sales? We’re looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Colchester.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Creating and negotiating quotations for aggregate and asphalt materials
Meeting KPIs for sales, value-added products, and call volumes
Working collaboratively to support a high-performing, one-team culture

What You’ll Bring :

Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Motivation to hit targets and deliver results
A flexible, team-oriented mindset
IT literacy (CRM, Salesforce, SAP experience is a plus)
