Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will handle customer enquiries, process orders, and support the wider sales team. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop a career in sales, gain experience, and grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
Process customer orders accurately
Build positive relationships with customers
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Support the sales team with account management and follow-ups
Resolve customer queries and order issues
Maintain accurate records in CRM or other systems

Skills and Experience Required

Motivated and professional with a sales-focused mindset
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Confident on the phone and via email
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience with CRM systems is a bonus but not essential
