We're looking for a driven Recruitment Sales Consultant to help grow our client base while delivering outstanding service to both candidates and customers.

• Proactively generate new business through B2B sales calls, client visits, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local transport and logistics companies
• Identify client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Manage the full 360° recruitment process (sales, vacancy qualification, candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare)
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system

• Previous experience in sales and recruitment in the logistics or industrial sector
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑focused
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be willing to participate in the on call phone rota
• HGV Licence would be advantageous
