We are working with a growing and expanding independent Plumbing & Heating Distributor based in the Colchester area. The role is an Internal Sales Executive, and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced person to join their busy sales office.

As an Internal Sales Executive you interact with customers over the phone and by email: asking questions, learning about their projects, taking quotation enquiries, developing rapport and upselling where possible. You need to think on your feet and demonstrate sound knowledge when called upon.

• Upsell products where appropriate

• Experience in a sales or customer service role
• Sales background from any industry
