Thursday to Monday | 9:45am - 5:00pm | Every Weekend Required, Tuesday & Wednesday Off
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join an exciting new development launching this summer in Colchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a single-manned development, giving you complete responsibility for driving sales performance, building a strong pipeline of prospective purchasers, and managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion.
Our client is a well-established house builder with almost 40 years of experience delivering high-quality homes. Known for creating thoughtfully designed developments that complement their surroundings, they have built an excellent reputation for craftsmanship, customer service, and creating communities where people are proud to live. Their focus on quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction has helped them become one of the region's most respected developers.
The RoleAs the sole Sales Advisor on site, you will:
- Manage all sales enquiries and site visitors
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct show home and development tours
- Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
- Qualify customers and identify their buying needs
- Negotiate reservations and progress sales through to exchange and completion
- Ensure all sales administration and CRM records are accurately maintained
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey
- Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets
We are looking for a highly experienced New Homes Sales Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has a proven track record of converting enquiries into reservations.
You will:
- Have previous new homes sales experience with a house builder
- Be confident managing a development independently
- Have excellent closing and negotiation skills
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Be proactive in generating leads and maintaining customer engagement
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
- Be comfortable working every weekend as part of the role
- Have the drive, resilience, and determination to get buyers over the line
