The Role

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll spend much of your time speaking with customers, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and helping them get the most from Greenmill's products and services.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
  • Re‑engage lapsed accounts and help bring them back to Greenmill.
  • Follow up sales enquiries and leads promptly.
  • Proactively contact customers to identify opportunities and grow sales.
  • Recommend products and solutions that add value for customers.
  • Work closely with our external sales team and internal departments.
  • Keep customer information and activity records up to date.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in a sales, account management or customer‑facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers by phone.
  • A proactive approach and strong commercial awareness.
  • The ability to build rapport and develop long‑term customer relationships.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to achieve results.
  • A team‑focused approach and willingness to support colleagues.
