• Uncapped OTE of up to £60,000 annually

• Engage with prospective clients both in person, online and via phone to promote used vehicle sales
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and tailored service
• Utilise CRM software to manage leads, customer data and sales follow-ups efficiently
• Upsell additional products such as finance and warranty to maximise sales opportunities
• Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to closing the deal, delivering a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Stay updated on current vehicle stock, features, and market trends
• Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and organisational skills during customer interactions

• Proven experience in automotive car sales with a successful track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong upselling skills and a proactive approach to customer service
• Clear verbal communication and active listening skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems used for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Professional phone manner and outstanding customer service skills
• Experience with F&I products such as finance and warranties advantageous
