As a Senior Sales Progressor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth progression of property sales from offer acceptance through to completion. You will be responsible for managing the sales process, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other estate agents to facilitate a seamless transaction experience.

• Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process, ensuring timely completion of property transactions.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong communication throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales progress and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and uphold Oakheart Property's reputation for excellent service.

• Proven experience in sales progression within the property industry.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
