Sales Negotiator​/Valuer

The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating property sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth transactions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and organisational abilities to develop their career within the property industry.

Duties include:

Manage and develop client relationships through effective communication and negotiation
Organise property viewings, ensuring clients are well-informed about properties
Negotiate offers
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth progress of deals
Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing enquiries, and updating the CRM system

Requirements:

Previous Estate Agency experience is essential
Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with clients
A professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Valid UK driving license
