Location:
Colchester, Essex. Office Based Role.
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (No Weekends)

As a Sales Progression Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action - managing property sales, supporting our house builder partners, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and clients. You’ll be the voice, the drive, and the energy behind every successful sale.

What You’ll Bring to the Team- A confident communicator with standout customer-service skills
- Experience in Sales Progression or Estate Agency (preferred but not essential)
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a target-driven attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently
