Nolan Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client for a Territory Sales Executive/Account Manager based in Colchester.

This is a telephone-based role responsible for managing and developing customer relationships across the South and South West of the UK. You will work with existing customers, re-engage lapsed accounts, generate new business opportunities and support customers as they approach the end of their current agreements.

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Contact lapsed customers to rebuild relationships and identify opportunities.
• Generate new business through proactive outbound calling.
• Support customers nearing the end of their current agreements and discuss future requirements.
• Build a strong understanding of customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
• Achieve sales, retention and activity targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Retention or a similar role.
• Strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and professional approach to customer engagement.
• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
• Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.

• £25,000 - £28,000 Basic Salary
