Care Supervisor – No Travel, Just Meaningful Impact!

Lancer House, Butt Road, Colchester, Essex

Part‑time – 33 hours per week. Day shift rate £15.24 per hour, sleep‑in night rate £12.24 per hour, plus £6.81 per sleep shift and £1 per hour weekend uplift where applicable.

Leading a compassionate care team while supporting older adults in a dedicated retirement living development featuring a club lounge, wellness suite and daily bistro‑style dining.

• Lead, support and motivate the Care & Support team
• Coordinate resident care plans and ensure compliance with high standards
• Assist with wellbeing‑focused activities and day‑to‑day care needs

• Day rate £15.24 per hour
• Sleeping night rate £12.24 per hour plus £6.81 supplemental per sleep shift
• £1 per hour weekend uplift (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday)

• Experienced in care or support work (1+ year preferred)
• Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care and willingness to upskill)
• Leadership experience – you’ve supported or supervised a team
• Organised, compassionate and community‑minded
