Essex County Council is seeking a Key Worker to support Young Carers in Colchester. The role focuses on providing individualized support to young carers (0-18) and young adult carers (16-24) and their families, to raise achievement and life chances.
You will work within the North East Essex quadrant team, identifying priorities, managing referrals, and delivering a range of support modalities including one-to-one and group work, outreach, and advocacy.
