We're looking for compassionate, enthusiastic Support Workers to join our growing agency team, working across a variety of children's services, residential homes, schools, family settings, and community environments.

💙 What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you'll become a trusted, positive role model, helping children and young people feel safe, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Your day could include:

✨ Providing compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each child's individual needs.

🏡 Supporting children and young people in residential homes, schools, family homes, and within the community.

🌱 Encouraging independence by developing life skills, building confidence, and celebrating every achievement along the way.

🤝 Building trusting relationships where children feel safe, listened to, valued, and understood.

📚 Supporting daily routines including school runs, homework, meal preparation, personal care, and bedtime routines.

🎨 Planning exciting activities—from football and arts & crafts to baking, cinema trips, outdoor adventures, and community events.

💬 Helping children manage emotions and behaviours using positive, therapeutic approaches that promote wellbeing.

👨‍👩‍👧 Working alongside families, teachers, social workers, and other professionals to create the very best outcomes.

📝 Recording observations accurately while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

🛡 Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing, and the rights of every child in everything you do.

🌈 Being the calm, reassuring presence during challenging moments and celebrating every breakthrough—big or small.
