Phoenix Futures is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Futures Together social inclusion service across North and Mid Essex. The role is a maternity cover for 12 months, starting around 4 January 2027, with potential extension. It offers 25 days’ annual leave plus holidays and a range of employee benefits.
The successful candidate will develop activities, recruit volunteers, build partnerships, and collaborate with the Futures Together team to improve outcomes for service users.
