We are seeking a Junior SharePoint Developer to join our team as the dedicated owner of our SharePoint environment. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll support day-to-day operations, respond to user needs, and deliver incremental enhancements that keep our systems running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone with some existing SharePoint or Microsoft 365 experience who wants to take the next step. We’re looking for someone who can contribute from day one, but who is also keen to learn, develop new skills, and grow with the company.
What you’ll be doing :- Act as the primary point of contact for all SharePoint-related queries across the business.
- Maintain and administer the company’s SharePoint Online estate.
- Deliver incremental improvements and small‑scale changes based on user and business needs.
- Support site creation, content structuring, permissions, and general configuration.
- Use Power Automate for creating or supporting automated workflows.
- Assist in developing simple apps or enhancements using Power Apps.
- Work with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Produce user-friendly documentation, guides, and basic training materials.
- Ensure SharePoint best practice, security, organisation, and performance.
- Some hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, One Drive, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Good understanding of SharePoint site structure, permissions, and content management concepts.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the role.
