You will deliver dynamic and engaging Aqua classes for a diverse membership base. We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Aqua Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is grounded, welcoming, skilled in leading participants through safe, engaging, and energizing aqua fitness sessions, delivering low impact, water based workouts that promote strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing in a supportive and motivating environment.

• Teach Aqua classes that are accessible, well-paced, and engaging
• Offer clear verbal cues, hands-off adjustments, and modifications as needed
• Create a calm, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
  
  Maintain a professional and dependable presence

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification with Aqua / Water-Based Exercise certification
• Current First Aid and CPR qualification
• Strong knowledge of water safety and poolside risk management
• Ability to design and deliver safe, effective, low-impact aqua classes
• Confident leadership with clear cueing and strong motivational skills
• Ability to adapt exercises for mixed-ability groups and diverse populations
