Delivery Driver

Due to an increase in workload, our Colchester branch is seeking Delivery Drivers (known internally as Driver Guards
).

Our drivers are responsible for the safe handling and transportation of customer and company goods while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.

Pay: £14.06 per hour, rising to £15.06 per hour after probation.

As a Driver Guard
, you will play a key role in our service delivery, representing our business with professionalism and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for the secure transportation of cash and valuables in an armoured vehicle between clients and destinations, ensuring high standards of service and safety.

Duties include:

• Performing vehicle checks before each journey to guarantee reliable service.
• Adhering to safety protocols and completing deliveries with precision.
• Providing excellent customer service and communication with colleagues and the public.
• Adapting to flexible working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.

• You are dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• You have a flexible approach to working hours and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• You hold a current UK driving licence and are prepared to obtain an SIA licence during your probation period.
• You can pass criminal record, personal credit and s and provide verifiable 10‑year employment/unemployment/educational history.

• Be approved to attain an SIA licence. An existing CVIT SIA licence will qualify you for the post‑probation pay rate and a £1,000 bonus. If you do not hold one already, you will be required to obtain it (paid for by us) during your probation period.
