Warehouse Operative

Location: Earls Colne

All Square Recruitment is actively seeking physically fit and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a Warehousing and Distribution company in Earls Colne, Essex;
Because this role focuses on the efficient unloading and handballing of shipping containers, it is the perfect fit for individuals who thrive in active, fast-paced environments.

Your Responsibilities

As a vital member of the inbound and outbound team, you will drive the smooth flow of goods through the following tasks:

* Manual Container Unloading (Handballing):
You will work in energetic teams to manually unload floor-stacked containers with speed and precision.

* Heavy Lifting:
You must regularly handle items of various weights and sizes while maintaining strict safety standards.

* Palletization:
In addition to unloading, you will stack, wrap, and label products accurately for dispatch or storage.

* Inventory Management:
You will pick and pack items efficiently to keep the warehouse organized.

* Team

Collaboration:

Furthermore, you will collaborate with a large team to consistently smash daily unloading targets.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

* You must possess and wear your own safety shoes/boots at all times.

* Reliable Transport:
Since the site sits in a remote location, you must have your own transport, as public transport does not align with shift times.

* Physical Stamina:
You should feel comfortable performing repetitive heavy lifting and manual “handballing” throughout the day.
