- Hours: 30 hours per week, 5 days across Monday – Sunday (13:45‑19:45). Saturday and Sunday work required;
Sunday 4/6 weeks 12:00‑18:00.
Prepping your van and workload for the day, using route‑planning technology tools to ensure each parcel arrives on time. Deliver parcels across the week in the assigned area, acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail.
Candidate profile- Upbeat, self‑motivated, thrives while working independently
- Organised, punctual with great initiative
- Committed to the delivery of great customer service
- Comfortable interacting with customers, acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail
- Happy to work in the afternoon and early evenings
- Enjoy a multi‑drop driving role delivering parcels across the week in the assigned area
- Possess a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to working hours)
- Paid overtime with enhanced rate of 1.25x for any hours over 40 per week
- 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to working hours if below 40)
