Bendi​/Flexi Forklift Driver

Position: Bendi / Flexi Forklift Driver (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Wormingford, Essex (approx 20 minutes from Colchester, Sudbury & Halstead)

Pay: £13.77 per hour + £0.50 per hour shift premium after 9pm (£14.27 per hour)

Contract type: Temp-to-Perm

Start: Immediate starts available

As a key member of the warehouse team, you will support the operation by moving stock and materials safely and accurately throughout the site, including loading/unloading deliveries, using handheld scanners, and maintaining a clean workspace.

• Operate a Bendi/Flexi Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Load and unload deliveries
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Use handheld scanners to record stock movements accurately
• Carry out stock replenishment and inventory movements
• Support the wider warehouse operation
• Complete housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Assist with manual handling where required
• Follow all Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures

Monday to Friday; no weekends; permanent shift 4:00 pm – 1:00 am; first 3 days training 10:00 am – 7:00 pm; consistent hours; excellent work‑life balance.

• Experienced Bendi/Flexi Forklift Driver
• Valid Bendi/Flexi Forklift Licence
• Reliable, punctual and committed
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
• Accurate, with excellent attention to detail
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport due to rural location and shift pattern
