We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Trainer/Assessor to support our Health & Social Care Apprenticeship programmes on an hourly‑paid basis.
About the Role- Conduct workplace assessments in line with City & Guilds awarding body standards
- Deliver engaging one‑to‑one and group training sessions
- Provide constructive feedback and tailored support to help learners succeed
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of learner progress
- Build strong relationships with employers to support apprentice success
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) or equivalent
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above, or equivalent Adult Numeracy or Literacy
- Level 3 Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one within 2 years in post
- Proven experience assessing learners in a health and social care setting
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks within adult care
- Understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion practices
