Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington is seeking a Senior Caregiver to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors in Colchester, VT.

Provide direct and indirect personal care, maintain communication, perform duties per personal care service plan, keep environment clean, remind client medication.

• Provide direct and indirect personal care to clients in the home setting.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Perform duties as assigned on the personal care service plan.
• Help keep the client's environment clean and organized.
• Remind the client to take self-administered medications.

Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions is strongly considered.
