Job Summary

Thank you for taking the time to review our job posting. Before telling you more about our clinic and the position, we would like to share what makes this role truly unique.

In healthcare, many employers advertise an attractive wage, only for clinicians to discover that a significant portion of their paycheck is deducted every month for high-cost health coverage. Furthermore, employer 401(k) matching programs often come with multi-year vesting schedules, meaning you lose company contributions if you move on before reaching a specific tenure.

We approach compensation differently:

  • $0 Paycheck Deduction for Health Coverage: We pay 100% of the premium cost for Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for our employees. Our medical plan is exceptional and part of the BCBS network.
  • Immediate 401(k) Vesting: Your 401(k) enrollment begins the month after you start. We match 4% when you contribute 5%, and every dollar matched is 100% yours immediately—there is no multi-year vesting period.
  • 100% Covered Malpractice Insurance: We pay 100% of your professional liability coverage.

Beyond compensation, we prioritize a healthy, collaborative, and supportive workplace. We expect our clinicians to be reliable, high-quality practitioners, and in return, we invest heavily in our team. We pride ourselves on low turnover, a culture of mutual respect, and strong interdisciplinary medical support.
