This position is based in our campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to the area is required and fully reimbursed.

• Manage complex litigation; handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling.
• Counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other risk areas.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• Experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases; regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mindset, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
