Key Responsibilities- Assist nurses with direct patient care and activities of daily living
- Monitor and report patient status and concerns to the nursing team
- Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and comfort
- Help prepare patients for procedures as directed
- Support documentation and workflow needs according to facility policy
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality service
- Active LNA licensure/certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow clinical protocols and work effectively in a team
- Compassion, professionalism, and commitment to patient satisfaction
