Base pay range$24.00/hr - $34.00/hr
Kitchen Operations- Supervision:
Oversees the daily food preparation and cooking processes on the line. - Quality control:
Ensures that food is cooked and plated correctly, following recipes and presentation standards. - Expediting:
During busy service times, manage the flow of orders from the servers to the kitchen staff. - Safety and sanitation:
Enforces and monitors all kitchen staff for adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations. - Inventory:
Assists with managing inventory, tracking stock, and reporting supply shortages to management. - Equipment:
Checks that all kitchen equipment is functioning properly and reports any issues to a manager.
